All financial transactions on the 21taka Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank direct transfer. 21taka does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment processors not listed above.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, subject to KYC clearance. 21taka reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity is detected.

Casino Games: All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and card games — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems audited by independent testing agencies. Void Bets & Cancelled Events: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the period stated in the specific market rules, or abandoned without a result being determined under the applicable rules, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. In-play bets accepted after an event has effectively concluded (due to data feed delays) may be voided at 21taka's discretion.
